The Board is issuing the following Fence Maintenance Requirements in response to the recent concerns regarding aging/fading fences in Bakers Branch. The requirements will be posted on
the website and added to the ACC guidelines.
"All wood fencing visible from the street will be stained one of the following four colors:
Behr - Woodbridge
Behr - Sable
Behr - Russet
Behr - Chestnut
In exception, wood fences facing the greenbelt area on Cilantro (this would apply to homeowners living on Tarragon with yards backing up to the greenbelt) must be stained Behr sable or another brand matched to that color to keep a uniform look along the greenbelt. Wood fences must be re-stained once they begin to fade enough that they appear more than 50% gray or faded and the stain color is no longer prominent. Wrought iron fences will be painted black and must be re-painted when chipping, peeling or rust becomes noticeable from the street."
If you wish to use a different color, please fill out an ACC application and
submit that for review and approval.

Our homeowners' association board consists of 7 members, elected to two-year terms, serving in various roles in maintaining our neighborhood as one in which we are all proud to live. Our neighborhood is a deed restricted community governed by Bylaws and Covenants, Codes & Restrictions (CC&R's). These serve to protect our neighborhood value and appearance which is beneficial to us all.
Baker's Branch Estates
All roofs in Bakers Branch are required to be composition shingle in the color of Weathered Wood or Weathered Gray (same basic color but different name based on manufacturer) per HOA policies document adopted by the Board in 2008.
